Its you, you have a problem with your DNS Server.
Just swith DNS servers.
Go to Network Places, view your connection, go to properties, scroll down to the "Internet pro (TCP/IP)" option, and click properties.
You should see an IP address field, and DNS server field.
CLick the option to choose your own DNS Server.
I use 4.2.2.1, with 4.2.2.2 as backup - those are public DNS servers.
